CORONA VIRUS UPDATE - 25 JUNE 2021

FURTHER to the information below - in view of the latest lockdown requirement we confirm that we will be re-introducing previous lockdown strategies at Beverly Hills Animal Hospital.

CORONA VIRUS UPDATE - 25 MARCH 2020

We confirm that BHAH will remain open as an ESSENTIAL SERVICE , however we need to take extra-special precautions to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.

If you have been unwell with a cough/sore throat/fever or shortness of breath or have recently been overseas please contact our staff before coming to the clinic.

We are limiting appointments to one client in the waiting room at a time.

To ensure social distancing rules are adhered to - please only one family member per pet.

Please call reception when you get to the carpark (95803109) and we will direct you from there.

MEDICATIONS and PRESCRIPTION DIETS

When picking up medications and food - please call ahead to confirm availability and we will arrange a time for collection.

Please call us from the carpark on arrival and a staff member will place the medication/food into a collection box in our carport at the rear of the clinic for you to collect.

We will then contact you for payment over the phone.

COVID-19 and YOUR PET

We understand that many owners are concerned about whether COVID-19 can be passed on to out pets......

Currently there is no evidence that domestic pets play a role in the transmission of the virus. However as the COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving we strongly recommend good hygiene when interacting with pets as well as humans

e.g. hand washing with soap for at least 20 seconds before and after playing with your pet

If you have any concerns regarding this - please contact the clinic.

These are difficult times for all - please be patient and mindful of our staff - they need to stay healthy so that we can continue to take care of your furry friends.
